As a Registered NDIS business, we provide services via NDIS funding, This means you can access Behaviour Support if your plan has "Capacity Building & Improved Relationships" listed.
We also offer private bookings for tailored assistance, this is an out-of-pocket expense.

Our services are billable as per NDIS guidelines, including in person or online meetings, email updates, phone calls, report writing and resource development.
We do not charge for administration tasks, such as sending invoices and making appointments.
We will make all attempts to use your plan efficiently by using telehealth and other methods of contact.
We quote separately for travel and can discuss this with you in more detail if you make a referral.
Yes we generally charge for travel in line with the NDIS price guide.
If your Plan doesn't include Behaviour Support, you may request a review from the NDIS.
When requesting a change to your plan, you must provide clear evidence.
This includes detailed documentation that supports your need for a reassessment, such as:
medical reports
therapy assessments
recommendations from healthcare professionals.
Wildfire can conduct an initial assessment which may assist you in receiving the correct funding.
We take an individualised approach to your supports.
Our first step will be gathering information about you and your needs whilst assessing for challenging behaviours.
What are the drivers behind behaviours, including sensory, communication and environment.
Depending on what has been identified, we will then progress with more specific assessments and develop plans accordingly.

Providing training to families and support staff on new strategies.
Monitor and review challenging behaviours
Using strategies to prevent conflict and triggers
Teach new skills

We don't currently offer these services.
We operate on a model where our clinicians consult and support a person with a disability, their formal and informal support networks to implement strategies and plans.
We can train and debrief with a team regularly, but we do not directly employ support workers to do intensive therapy or interventions.
