Positive Behaviour Support

Positive Behaviour Support is a research-based approach aimed at improving quality of life and addressing challenging behaviours. At WildFire Wellbeing, we work collaboratively to understand the root causes of behaviours and implement tailored strategies for positive outcomes. Through assessment, planning, and ongoing support, we create environments that promote safety, choice, and meaningful engagement, empowering individuals and their support networks for growth and success.

Community Access

Our Community Access Programs offer a relaxed and practical way for adult men to connect, learn, and build confidence. Designed for those who prefer hands-on activities and real-world learning, we focus on getting outdoors, learning new hobbies, developing trade skills, and working together in the shed.

We take a neuro-affirming and strengths-based approach, recognising that everyone learns and connects differently. Whether it’s fixing, building, creating, or simply spending time with others in a supportive space, our programs aim to build purpose, routine, and belonging — without pressure or judgement.

Training and Education

At WildFire Wellbeing, our training and education sessions are facilitated by passionate and experienced staff members who are dedicated to providing valuable learning experiences. Whether you're in the Darwin or Shepparton region or seeking online workshops, we offer a variety of options to suit your needs. Available for private bookings and NDIS clients, our extensive range of programs are tailored to empower individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills needed to create inclusive and supportive environments.
